We are excited to announce the arrival of Josh Manning, PT, DPT, ATC. Josh comes to us from Bucknell University where he was part of their Sports Medicine Staff.

1. Thomas Blount, PT, DPT, MBA, ATC, CSCS:

Tom is a central Pennsylvania native. He received his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College in Athletic Training and he was also a varsity Pitcher for the baseball team during his athletic career at Gettysburg. Tom continued his education at Shenandoah University where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Master's in Business Administration. Tom has been practicing physical therapy in the area since 2005 and he has a special interest in the foot of the running athlete and the dizzy patient (Vertigo). In addition to being a physical therapist, he is also a certified athletic trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Tom currently resides in Shippensburg with his wife and son.

2. Christopher Zentz, PT, MPT, CSCS, CWCE: Chris is a Gettysburg native. He received his undergraduate degree in Fitness Management from the University of Delaware and then his Master's Degree also from the University of Delaware. Chris has been practicing physical therapy in the area since 2001 and he is a Certified Work Capacity Evaluator and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Chris has a special interest in the knee and shoulder. In addition to physical therapy, Chris is involved in the field of sports performance enhancement. Chris has worked with several state ranked high school teams and several scholarship athletes and he is currently working with the Shippensburg University Football Team as a strength coach. He has been published in the Journal of the National Strength and Conditioning Association"and " Athletic Therapy Today." Chris currently resides with his wife and two daughters in the Scotland area.

3. Josh Manning, PT, DPT, ATC

Josh is a Susquehanna Valley native. He received a B.S. in Health Science from Lebanon Valley College where he also participated on the football team as a defensive and offensive tackle. Josh continued his education at Shenandoah University, graduating with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Masters in Athletic Training. Josh has been practicing physical therapy in Pennsylvania in the collegiate sports medicine setting since 2005 (University of Arizona & Bucknell University) with a special interest in
low back pain and the athletic back. He also addresses disorders of the TMJ. In addition to being a physical therapist, Josh is a Certified Athletic Trainer. Josh currently resides in Chambersburg. He enjoys spending his free time racing motorcycles.

5. Jennifer Joye, BS, PTA

Jenn was born and raised in Waynesboro. She received her undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology from Marist College where she was also a member of their Volleyball team. After time spent at West Point, in their Center for Enhanced Performance, Jenn moved to Vermont
and Maine where she received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree. Jenn worked in Southern Maine doing Pediatric Physical Therapy before moving back to Waynesboro in 2009. She was married in August 2010 to another Waynesboro native, Freddie Joye.

6. Amanda Pryor George, PTA

Amanda is a Chambersburg native. She received her Associates degree in Physical Therapy from Penn State Mont Alto in 2001. Amanda has worked as a PTA in the area of orthopedics and sports medicine for 10 years and currently resides with her husband in Chambersburg.

 

7. Adam Hart, BS, CSCS 

Adam is a Spring Grove native who received his degree in Exercise Science from Shippensburg University. Adam currently resides in Shippensburg and is the Wellness Coordinator.

8. Zivana Sablijic-Myers, PT, MPT

Zivana received a physical therapy assistant (PTA) degree from Penn State Mont Alto in 2005 and a master’s in physical therapy from Misericordia University in 2009. Zivana is currently working on her doctorate of physical therapy, also at Misericordia University. She is currently a board member for the Penn State Mont Alto PTA program and she has a special interest in the patient with a joint replacement. She currently resides in Chambersburg with her husband.

9, Lauren Horton, PTA
Lauren is a southcentral Pennsylvania native. She received her Associates Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting at Penn State Mont Alto in August of 2010. She has a special interest in the geriatric population and total joint replacements. Lauren currently resides in Shippensburg.
